On yet another year, the Department of Tourism chose to take part in FITUR – International Tourism Fair- which was held in Madrid from 19 to 23 May 2021.
On this occasion, Manises, though unable to be present in person, attended digitally.
Manises availed of the digital possibilities afforded by the Regional Government of the province of Valencia and presented a video made for the presentation of Manises as a candidate for UNESCO’s creative cities under the category of crafts and folk arts.
The video was recorded in the Manises Ceramics Museum, with Mayor Jesús Borràs, Ángel Mora (councillor of Tourism) and María José Viñals of the Polytechnic University of Valencia taking part.
Manises also wished to offer visitors to Fitur the chance to access and download our tourist brochures, the digital content of our website and the city’s promotional videos.
