On Thursday 23rd September the exhibition “Plats de Manises” will be inaugurated at the Casa de Cultura in Manises.
This exhibition is linked to the book of the same name “Plats de Manises” presented last June.
A very visual exhibition where we can see images of the different typical Manises recipes (fesols rodats), from the Horta Sud region (putxero or rossejat) or from the Valencian territory (esgarraet or coca escudellà). The dishes have been prepared by Amparo Suria Arenas and the photographs were created by Francisco Moreno Cañuelo.
We will also be able to visit the different ceramic pieces that accompany the typical recipes of Manises and its region. The artisans who have created these ceramic pieces expressly for the book are: Aliarte Cerámica, Arturo Mora the ceramics of Reflejo Metálico, Cerámicas Chenoll, Cerámicas Palanca, Plat y Bol, Pepe Royo, Domanises, Drac Ceràmic, Gresnaler, la Tienda de Gema, la Cerámica Valenciana de José Gimeno, Rafael Mora and Art Ceramics TVS.
The exhibition can be visited until Thursday 7 October.
