From 27 June to 11 July, the voluntary archaeological camp promoted by the Institut Valenci\u00e0 de la Joventut (IVAJ) will be held in the Obradors neighbourhood of Manises.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project will be carried out in collaboration with the Manises town council, and the excavation will focus on part of the old Obradors district, a centre of ceramic production from the 14th century to the end of the 20th century.<\/span><\/p>\n

The volunteers will have a magnificent opportunity to learn about the history of Manises ceramics and gain archaeological knowledge: the techniques used, the selection and arrangement, as well as the cataloguing and chronology of the materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subsequently, the Manises Ceramics Museum will be responsible for publicly presenting the results obtained after the ceramic excavation.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
